Hey guys. I am noticing that when I receive a voicemail, it remains marked as "new" unless I save it on the phone system. This includes a message that I have both replied to via the phone and downloaded via the Web site. This is not a new message. I would ask that this issue be looked at. Thanks a bunch!
As far as I know, it's always done that. The message stays new unless you either save it to your box or delete it.

But why? Why mark the message as new when downloading it could invoke a small SQL query that could possibly be written like
update * in "voicemail" where "to"="[your ID]" and "new"="1"
or something like that?
I realize this has always been done. What I am saying is, I wish it weren't done this way.
